We enjoy soup year-round, of course, but as Daylight Savings ends and temperatures drop, we’re more inclined to make it. These early storms offer a perfect opportunity to make homemade stock, the best gift you can give soup. Although stock simmers for quite some time, the actual hands-on work is minimal so if rain cancels your plans or if you’re staying in to watch the World Series, you can easily make stock at the same time.
